OUR MISSION The examination of a potentially contagious patient balances the risks of exposure to transmissible microorganisms against the smooth operation of the office. Doctors, staff, and other patients can lower their risk to exposure by following the principles of infection control. “Social distancing,” personal protection, and modified examination workflow mitigates viral transmission. This course is suitable for eye care practitioners at any training level and their staff.
